営業担当の方とは色んなショールームへ見学に行ったり、外構担当の方と北区の植木農園へ樹木を見に行ったり、毎回とても楽しかったです。植栽計画では初めに自分の選んだ樹木に納得出来ず、お忙しい中再度一緒に選びに行って下さいました。本当にありがとうございました。
現場監督さんはいつでも気軽にお電話下さいねと言って下さり、ちょっと気になる事でも電話してしまってましたが、いつもすぐに出てくださって、対応も迅速ですし、とにかくあんじゅさんは対応が丁寧親切なので安心感があります。『あんじゅ(and you)ホーム』という社名の通り、本当に施主に寄り添って最高の家作りが出来るよう心を込めてサポートして下さる素敵な会社さまです。

知人宅があんじゅホームで建てられており，おしゃれでいい家だなというのがあんじゅホームとの出会いでした。
あんじゅホームを一言でいうと，プロ集団といった印象で，丁寧な家づくりをされています。
とてもデザイン力があり，設計を担当していただいた方に，漠然とした希望をお伝えしたところ，いただいたファーストプランが全くイメージ通りだったことで，あんじゅホームと契約することにしました。
そして，そのファーストプランに少し変更を加えただけで，ほぼそのままの家が建ちました。
当方，以前にもハウスメーカで注文住宅を立てた経験があるのですが，今から思えば，マニュアル化され，パッケージ化された家作りだったとつくづく思います。
あんじゅホームで家を建てることが決まると，ほぼ毎週のようにあんじゅホームに通い詰め，間取り，設備，建具，外構など，その細かなところまで，社長さまのアドバイスを受けながら，自分たちで決めいていくことになります。
こんなことまで決めないと家が建たないのかと思うぐらい，詳細な部分まで突き詰めて家作りを進めていただけますので，ハウスメーカで建てた時は２，３日で決めたことを，ほぼ半年かけて丁寧に設計していただきました。
さらに，打ち合わせの場では，主に社長さまが窓口となって設備や仕様の決定をしていただけるのですが，都度出てくる，住宅ローンや設備，外構のより具体的な話は，実際に工事を担当していただく方や，事務手続きを進めていただく方と直接話が出来ますから，窓口を営業担当者で一本化したハウスメーカーとは違って，よりスムーズで柔軟な打ち合わせをすることができます。
あんじゅホームでは，構造見学会というイベントがあり，建築途中の家を見ることができます。
住宅展示場や完成見学会で目にするおしゃれな雰囲気は，どこかのメーカのキッチンがおしゃれだったり，どこかのメーカーの照明器具がおしゃれなだけで，どこで建てても同じようなものができます。
一方，構造見学会は，石膏ボードを貼る前の見学会で，家の骨組みがよく確認できますから，あんじゅホームがどのような家作りをしているかがよく分かります。
当家で開催した構造見学会は，梅雨時期の雨が降るうっとおしい日だったのですが，家の中は，空気がよどんでいるわけではないのにカラッとしており，住宅性能を体感することができました。
これは，室内の水蒸気は外に逃すけども，外からの水分は中に入れない特殊なシートのおかげらしく，あんじゅホームでは標準で採用している仕様だそうです。
室内の余分な水蒸気は，壁紙や建具の寿命に大きく影響する部分だと思うので，安心して住むことのできる家だなと実感しました。
そのほかにも，担当者の方と一緒にショールームに行き，キッチンやトイレ，照明といったものを実際の製品を見ながら決めることもできますし，さらに，北区の山中にある造園会社に行き，外構で使う庭木を一本ずつ自分たちで選定しました。
同じ種類の樹木であっても，少しずつ枝振りや形が違って印象が全く変わるので，外構の大切さも実感することができました。
いちばん印象に残っているのが，普通，設計の最終段階や実際の建築が始まると，設計変更や仕様変更を嫌う傾向があると聞くのですが，家が完成間近となり内装の最終段階の頃，担当の方から，「設置してみたら，どうも色合いがイマイチな部分があって，今ならなんとか無料で変更できるのですぐに確認してください。」とわざわざ連絡をいただきました。設計段階では具体的なイメージができない部分で，実際にちょっとちぐはぐな雰囲気がしたので，担当の方に甘えさせていただき変更を申し出ました。
